Enjoy these Holiday Volunteer Opportunities

Thanksgiving is a time for gratitude, connection, and giving back. In the Seattle area, there are countless ways to make a difference in the lives of others while embracing the spirit of the season. Whether you're looking to brighten someone's day with a thoughtful meal delivery or team up with your family for a community cleanup, here are some holiday volunteer opportunities to spread joy and kindness this Thanksgiving.

Deliver Smiles and Thanksgiving Meals

Join Full Life Care's 29th annual Thanksgiving Day delivery event and bring warmth and cheer to elders or caregivers who might otherwise spend the holiday alone.

  • When: Thursday, November 28, 10:15–11:30 AM pickup

  • Where: Pick up meals at 1625 South Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108, then deliver them to 1–2 homes in King County.

Volunteers must be 18+, but younger companions can join to share the experience. This simple act of kindness can transform someone's day.
