Let's Face It, See Clearly, and Stay Hip! CC's Local Favorites
By CC Crispeno
One of my favorite things about living and working in the Seattle area is getting to know the people and businesses that make our community special.
As a real estate agent, I spend a lot of time recommending neighborhoods, restaurants, and local resources. But today, I'm sharing three businesses that have made a difference in my own life.
And yes, I've managed to find a real estate connection to each one. You know me!
CC's Local Favorites: Let's Face It-- First Impressions Matter!
When your business involves meeting people, showing homes, and occasionally appearing on camera, you want to put your best face forward. Literally!
That's why I trust Dr. Sheena Nguyen and Julie at Frontier Dermatology. They take wonderful care of my skin, and I appreciate having professionals I can count on.
In real estate, I believe in that same kind of personal attention. Every client deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for.
So, when you're ready to face the real estate market, give me a call!
I Can See Clearly Now!
CC's Local Favorites continue! Real estate involves a LOT of paperwork. Contracts, disclosures, inspections—there's plenty of fine print, and you definitely want to know what you're looking at!
That's why I'm grateful for Dr. Otto at Highland Vision Clinic.
Having an eye doctor you trust is important, and Dr. Otto has earned my enthusiastic recommendation.
And speaking of seeing clearly, that's exactly what I want for my real estate clients. Whether you're buying your first home or preparing to sell, I'll help you understand your options, navigate the details, and keep your eyes on the big picture.
Need a fresh perspective on the real estate market? Let's talk!
Staying Hip: A Little Help From the Experts
I've always wanted to be hip. Apparently, I took that ambition a little too literally!
I recently had a hip replacement, and I'm happy to say the experience gave me a whole new appreciation for having the right professional in your corner.
A big thank-you to Dr. Downer at Seattle Orthopedic, who took such good care of me. I'm grateful for his expertise and for how well my recovery has gone.
Now, buying or selling a home isn't exactly major surgery (thank goodness!), but both can feel intimidating when you don't know what to expect.
The right professional can make an enormous difference.
My goal is to take the stress out of real estate, explain what's happening along the way, and help you move forward with confidence.
And while I can't promise you'll walk away with feeling hip, I can certainly help you find a new place to call home!
Great People Make All the Difference
Whether I'm visiting my dermatologist, getting my eyes checked, or recovering from surgery, I've learned something that applies to just about everything in life:
Having people you trust in your corner makes all the difference.
That's what I appreciate about these local professionals, and it's the same experience I work to provide for my real estate clients.
So here's a little love for the people who help me look good, see clearly, and stay hip!
And if you have a real estate move in your future, I'd love to be someone you can count on.
Let's talk!
