We have utilized Carmen Crispeno’s (CC) experience and acumen to purchase 3 homes and to sell 1 home. The first two were in a very competitive market with multiple offers being made but through CC’s advice and guidance our offers were able to stand out and be chosen by the buyers even when we weren’t the highest bidder. CC will guide you through the entire purchase process offering advic e on how to respond, if necessary, to the sellers regarding an inspection report. He also meticulously reviews the closing statements for complete accuracy and, in our case, found two errors saving us a couple thousand dollars.

We also utilized CC’s services in selling a rental house. He will pre-inspect the property and make recommendations on which repairs or tasks would be important to obtain a high market value sale or also let you know if what he sees as only a minor issue that wouldn’t affect the sale price.

Thirdly, with CC’s vast years of experience in real estate, he always seems to “know someone” to call whether it be an home inspector who who has expertise in log homes (our case) or knowing various trades professionals who can fix whatever issue needs addressing in a home sale or purchase.

Lastly, although we consider CC a friend, we would not have utilized his services four times if he didn’t make the home buying or selling a successful process for us. We cannot recommend him enough!
