Carmen was attentive, and always reachable. He never took more than a few minutes to respond to questions by text.

Personable and reliable, he helped my wife and I feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire home buying process. He was honest to tell us about homes he felt we shouldn't put an offer on, ones we should, and helping understand counter-offers. He took care of finding us an inspector, and connected us with some of the best in the business. Honestly, we had to do very little work. Just show up and look at houses.

Also, his assistant Daniel is fantastic. When taking us to see homes his insights into the homes and their condition was very impressive and ultimately gave us the knowledge we needed to make informed decisions.
