Don't look now - but I am seeing inventory go down/pending sales up (see attached photo of the last 7 days) and the last 5 offers I have dealt with over the last 7 days had multiple offers.
The news media is looking 6-8 weeks in the rearview mirror and I am seeing what is happening today and tomorrow.
Interest rates have also dropped a bit.
So what does this mean?
Buyers can expect more competition over the next weeks as buyers jump in - the weather and housing market is heating up now - hope it's just a blip as it has been nice for buyers to have time to choose over the past 2 months.
